Kiehl’s has been in the market for more than a hundred years, starting as a an apothecary called, ‘Brunswick Apotheke’ in East Village NYC. The name to which the company is known today came from its apprentice, John Kiehl, who purchased the pharmacy in 1894. His apprentice, Irving Morse, bought the pharmacy in 1921 and his son Aaron, took over the family business in 1961. The company continues to provide skin care and grooming products formulated by medical professionals who mainly use natural ingredients.

Kiehl’s formulates a product to combat moisture imbalance, which is a leading cause of facial aging.

One can empathise with the profound ache of the 29-year-old American singer and songwriter, Lana Del Rey, as she sang the lyrics of her song, ‘Will you still love me when I’m no longer young and beautiful?’ An essential asset a woman is born with is her youthful and glowing skin so it is no surprise that anti-aging creams and serums are mandatory to beauty regimens. As one delays the rapid progression of fine lines and wrinkles by using those products, the imbalance of moisture within the skin is a culprit that continues to advance aging.  To help maintain fresh-looking skin, the chemists of Kiehl’s unveiled its new Hydro-Plumping Re-Texturizing Serum Concentrate.

Kiehl’s Hydro-Plumping Re-Texturizing Serum Concentrate was influenced by the anti-aging hydration procedure of dermatologists. The product is infused with a strong compound of plant-based glycerin that holds essential moisture, improves water holding capacity, and facilitates the hydration process throughout various layers of the skin. Another element present in the product is an extract from the shiso leaf that deepens skin hydration.

Kiehl’s Hydro-Plumping Re-Texturing Serum Concentrate will be available soon in a 50ml pump flacon and would be available at Kiehl’s boutiques and selected stores worldwide.
