Now the prestige, Shiseido-owned, skincare brand Clé de Peau Beauté updates its iconic high-performance face cream, La Crème. Clé de Peau Beauté’s classic was first launched in 1982, and it came with a promise to work in every layer of the skin to tighten, brighten, and reduce the appearance of the signs of aging.


The original recipe had been constantly evolving, with each new version more potent and sophisticated than the earlier ones. The latest discoveries from Clé de Peau Beauté’s ongoing research are always distilled in the each new version, making the latest one also the best.

The new formulation incorporates the yeast-derived CeraFerment Extract, which boosts skin’s ability to regenerate and regain its firmness. A special proprietary blend, the Skin-Empowering Illuminator, combines five key ingredients to enhance the skin’s ability to repair and defend against environmental factors: Platinum Golden Silk Essence, Japanese Pearl Shell Extract, Theanine, Perilla Extract, and Angelica Acutiloba Extract.
