Swiss Maison Piaget has just updated its iconic Polo S watch with a stunning green-colored dial. The sporty and elegant watch design from 1979 features the same rich guilloche textured dial that radiates a rich emerald color or a light blue hue depending on how light hits the surface. Contrasting the dial are pink gold indexes, hands, and date window.
Green is the new blue, which was the new black…
If we turn the watch around, the sapphire crystal allows a view of the slim in-house 1110P calibre, created by Piaget for the Polo S. It is an automatic movement that ticks at 4Hz during 50 hours, which is enough if we want to give the watch a rest for the weekend, and is finished with a slate-gray oscillating weight. No surprises in the decoration department, with circular Côtes de Genève both on the bridges and the rotor, which proudly displays the Piaget Coat of Arms.
The Piaget Polo S Green Dial comes with a green alligator strap and a folding clasp. Limited to 500 pieces, the Piaget Polo S is available now at one of Piaget’s 90 boutiques worldwide. Come into the beautiful world of Piaget.
