Italian fashion house Dolce & Gabbana will launch the new limited edition L’Imperatrice, a variant of the popular perfume originally introduced in 2009 as D&G L’Imperatrice 3 as part of the Antology Collection, which had a total of 9 fragrances named after tarot cards. Currently, this is the only remaining fragrance of this collection, and in the meantime it has lost the ‘D&G’ and ‘3’ labels from its name and is available as simply Dolce & Gabbana L’Imperatrice.
Top: strawberry, watermelon
Heart: Damascus rose, pink peony, magnolia, pink cyclamen
Base: sandelwood, musk, smoky woody notes
L’Imperatrice Limited Edition, like the original, is composed by perfumer Nathalie Lorson. Dolce & Gabbana L’Impératrice stands the test of time as the quintessential fruity floral scent. Juicy exotic fruits and bright pink flowers pave the way for a musky, aphrodisiac base. Flamboyant and energetic: for l’Impératrice, life is like a film in which she plays the leading role. When she enters somewhere, she knows how to focus all the attention on herself. This vivacious, super-attractive woman exudes charisma and strong character.
The thick glass flacon retains the refined, rectangular silhouette with the minimalist black cap, but takes on a darker and stronger pink shade than before. It is packaged in a simple pink box, instead of the white one.
Dolce & Gabbana L’Imperatrice Limited Edition will be available as a 50 and 100ml Eau de Toilette at selected stores worldwide. Come into the beautiful world of Dolce & Gabbana.
