Aston Martin Reveals the Outstanding Roofless ‘Valkyrie Spider’

Great news for all those who put a deposit down on Aston Martin’s £2.5million hard-topped hypercar, Aston Martin recently unveiled its newest hypercar, the Valkyrie Spider. The ultra-luxe vehicle is the third model to join the British carmaker’s Valkyrie line, expanding on the original car by updating its doors and removing its roof.

There’s no doubt that this highly aerodynamic supercar is built for speed. Boasting a 1,140 horsepower, V12 engine, drivers of the Valkyrie Spider will be able to reach speeds of up to 217 miles per hour with the roof attached, without it, 205 miles per hour.

Clearly the ‘standard’ Valkyrie’s gullwing doors couldn’t be transferred across to the Spider – they wouldn’t be much use attached to the new removeable carbon fibre panel. In their place are a pair of front-hinged butterfly doors with narrow letterbox windows, but the aforementioned roof panel will also get a couple of polycarbonate sections to let in light.

Interested? Don’t wait to lang…. Aston Martin will produce a total of 85 Valkyrie Spiders, with deliveries expected to begin in the middle of 2022. They’ll join the 150 coupes and 40 non-road-legal AMR Pros as possibly the most exciting and expensive hypercar trinity… since the last hypercar trinity. We can’t wait.

Come into the beautiful world of Aston Martin.
