Onewheel GT, Future Motion’s new Flagship model, now in production and shipping

The new and highly anticipated Onewheel GT model features numerous improvements including 30+ mi range, enhanced power band, an off-road tire option, and new safety features. It is now shipping and available for purchase.

Future Motion, maker of the popular Onewheel electric boards, today announced the first shipments of Onewheel GT units have left their new San Jose, California facility. The new premium Onewheel product has drawn rave reviews from top riders on pre-production boards.

Onewheel GT is completely redesigned to get up to 30 miles in range, 50% more torque at speed and features a treaded tire option for off-road riding among a host of other improvements. A new firmware operating system called Cassiopeia provides 6 different Digital Shaping settings accessible in the Onewheel App and allows you to completely customize and tailor your riding experience.

Future Motion built a new factory in San Jose, California in order to accommodate Onewheel GT demand. In doing so it more than doubled its USA manufacturing capacity. Future Motion is the largest manufacturer of light electric vehicles in the USA.

Nest Brush reinvents the toothbrush with a UV-C disinfecting stand

It looks great, and cleans teeth – Nest Brush has just released its reddot-winning toothbrush on Kickstarter. With built-in UV light and a toothpaste reservoir, the Nest Brush works very differently from your conventional toothbrush. It didn’t even have a battery installed.

Looking to reinvent the dated design of the toothbrush, the Nest Brush is a travel-friendly toothbrush that is compact and sanitary. Available in four colors, the Nest Brush features a refillable tube in the handle that dispenses toothpaste to the food-grade hypoallergenic silicone head. The brush can be mounted to its magnetic stand where the head is UV-C sterilized.

After cleaning, simply place the brush on a holder, the end of which contains a UV-C light. The UV-C stand automatically turns on to kill any bacteria on the brush and will automatically turn off after a minute. The base battery is designed to last at least six months before it needs to be charged.

If you’re planning to take the Nest Brush on the road, simply pop off the removable UV module and add the travel case. The travel setup has two months’ worth of battery life.

Price and availability

Nest Brush is part of a Kickstarter campaign and the company’s first crowdfunding project. During the financing phase, a toothbrush including the base costs 56 euros. A set of pair with two brushes costs 73 euros. Those interested can head over to Kickstarter to back the project.

Once the financing round is complete, delivery will take place in November. Note: Crowdfunding projects involve some risk for users.

Once you’ve designed your shade, the bluetooth-connected device will do its magic and three squirts of creamy color will appear out from the top, which are then mixed together. You simply press to dispense the shade selected and apply with the accompanying brush. The lip colour is dispensed in a perfectly portioned, single dose for an easy and clean application. If you want to take your new lipstick with you for the evening, you remove the lid of the device which doubles as a compact, allowing you to take enough of the product an on-the-go re-touch of the selected shade in sleek YSL packaging. The Perso device was unveilied at CES 2021, an annual trade show organised by the Consumer Technology Association. The French Maison have said, “The new product heralds the future of beauty.” At the moment it is available for limited pre-sales in the U.S. market, but will be launched worldwide by September 2021.

MyHeritage Photo Enhancer Brings Blurred Images Into Clear Focus



At MyHeritage, their passion is to help people connect with their family histories. Earlier this year, they introduced MyHeritage In Color™, a groundbreaking new technology to bring your old family photos to life through colorization. On June 12, they took it a step further by introducing the game-changing MyHeritage Photo Enhancer: a tool that enhances photos by bringing blurry faces into sharp focus. Photo Enhancer uses machine learning to upscale pixels that appear in blurred images, bringing them into clear focus. The results could sometimes end up inaccurate but they appear to function at a reasonable level for most of the time. It works on both color and black and white photos, with a rendering time of roughly four to six seconds. Those who have physical photos, can scan them with MyHeritage’s mobile app, which will allow users to upload photos and enhance them in a single tap.

First announced back in November last year, and after several months of beta testing, Adobe’s latest mobile app Photoshop Camera has now launched, completely free of charge. Adobe’s Photoshop Camera is available on both iOS and Android.

Adobe Photoshop Camera is a mobile app that directly applies Photoshop effects and filters through your camera. Once it analyzes this data, the app will display a range of different effects and filters that it thinks will improve your shots. Photoshop Camera will also allow users to export their images in the .PSD file format, making it more convenient to throw your photos directly into the full version of Photoshop for more edits.

Adobe say they are aware of the consequences of unleashing powerful AI tools that can manipulate reality. In collaboration with UC Berkeley tthey create a tool that uses machine learning to detect when images have been manipulated. The app also keeps user privacy in mind and will only store photos and run AI models locally on the device.
