Panasonic Launches the Multishape, the First-Ever Integrated Grooming System

Today, Panasonic launched the Multishape Modular Personal Care System, the first integrated grooming system on the market. The Multishape is a perfect grooming solution for frequent travelers – whether it be for business or pleasure – as they can customize it to fit their individual grooming preferences, allowing them to maintain or refresh their grooming routines, at anytime and anyplace, without compromise. Panasonic also announced the launch of a new, dedicated e-commerce site – – where consumers can purchase the grooming system.

Featuring one of two rechargeable battery ‘main unit’ handles and a premium selection of five attachments to purchase from as needed, the Multishape allows users to execute a streamlined, daily personal care routine with just one device. All users need to do is simply attach one of the five heads to the main unit. As a result, the Multishape is a cost-effective, sustainable solution as users will no longer need to purchase, charge or store multiple grooming tools.

Customizable and Pre-Built Kits for a Tailored Grooming Experience

Users will be able to select from the following five attachments and two main units to create their own custom kit:

  • Beard/Hair Trimmer Head: Includes an adjustment dial with 39 length settings and two comb attachments to achieve 1-10mm or 11-20mm lengths.
  • Beard/Hair/Body Trimmer Head: Includes an adjustment dial with 58 length settings, three comb attachments ranging from 1-30mm, and one dedicated body attachment for precise and gentle trimming as close as 0.5mm of sensitive areas like the underarms.
  • 3Blade Shaver Head: To reduce the number of strokes required for a close shave, the individual Floating Blades move independently in three directions and gently follow the contours of the face and neck. The blades are positioned at 30 degrees and can groom away even the thickest stubble from the root, so users remain stubble free for up to eight hours. They won’t blunt or cause skin irritation either. Finally, round-shaped outer foils fit uniformly against the skin, even under the chin for a close shave over the entire surface.
  • Nose/Ear/Facial Trimmer Head: Designed with an advanced, double-edged cutting blade, users can efficiently trim away pesky nose and ear hair from all directions without any pulling. As users are trimming, a vacuum function suctions away hair so there’s no scattering of cut hair in and around the ear or nose, making post-trim cleanup easier.
  • Electric Toothbrush Head: Utilizing Sonic Vibration Technology to achieve a deep clean, the brush has a unique shape with tufts of flat, extra-fine bristles on both edges and in the middle of the brush to effectively and thoroughly clean the surface of and in between teeth.
  • Li-ion Battery Main Unit: Operates up to 90 minutes*1 on a one-hour charge and has an anti-slip coating for a firm grip.
  • Ni-MH Battery Main Unit: Operates up to 50 minutes*1 on a one-hour charge. Designed with a matte coating for a firm grip.

The blades on all the trimmer and shaver heads utilize durable Japanese stainless-steel blades that are designed to provide years of gentle and precise shaves. All heads and main units are designed for wet or dry use.

In addition to a customizable kit, four pre-built starter kits are available for purchase: two versions of a Beard/Hair Trimmer Kit, which include the Beard/Hair Trimmer Head and one of the two main units, and two versions of a Beard/Hair/Body Trimmer Kit, which includes the Beard/Hair/Body Trimmer Head and one of the two main units.

Nest Brush reinvents the toothbrush with a UV-C disinfecting stand

It looks great, and cleans teeth – Nest Brush has just released its reddot-winning toothbrush on Kickstarter. With built-in UV light and a toothpaste reservoir, the Nest Brush works very differently from your conventional toothbrush. It didn’t even have a battery installed.

Looking to reinvent the dated design of the toothbrush, the Nest Brush is a travel-friendly toothbrush that is compact and sanitary. Available in four colors, the Nest Brush features a refillable tube in the handle that dispenses toothpaste to the food-grade hypoallergenic silicone head. The brush can be mounted to its magnetic stand where the head is UV-C sterilized.

After cleaning, simply place the brush on a holder, the end of which contains a UV-C light. The UV-C stand automatically turns on to kill any bacteria on the brush and will automatically turn off after a minute. The base battery is designed to last at least six months before it needs to be charged.

If you’re planning to take the Nest Brush on the road, simply pop off the removable UV module and add the travel case. The travel setup has two months’ worth of battery life.

Price and availability

Nest Brush is part of a Kickstarter campaign and the company’s first crowdfunding project. During the financing phase, a toothbrush including the base costs 56 euros. A set of pair with two brushes costs 73 euros. Those interested can head over to Kickstarter to back the project.

Once the financing round is complete, delivery will take place in November. Note: Crowdfunding projects involve some risk for users.

MyHeritage Photo Enhancer Brings Blurred Images Into Clear Focus



At MyHeritage, their passion is to help people connect with their family histories. Earlier this year, they introduced MyHeritage In Color™, a groundbreaking new technology to bring your old family photos to life through colorization. On June 12, they took it a step further by introducing the game-changing MyHeritage Photo Enhancer: a tool that enhances photos by bringing blurry faces into sharp focus. When combined, MyHeritage In Color™ and the MyHeritage Photo Enhancer can reveal your ancestors as you’ve never seen them before. Developed by creators of the Remini mobile application, intended to help enhance old family pictures, but it can obviously be used on just about any type of photo.

Photo Enhancer uses machine learning to upscale pixels that appear in blurred images, bringing them into clear focus. The technology gives its best guess on what the faded content looks like through algorithmic simulations. The results could sometimes end up inaccurate but they appear to function at a reasonable level for most of the time. It works on both color and black and white photos, with a rendering time of roughly four to six seconds. Those who have physical photos, can scan them with MyHeritage’s mobile app, which will allow users to upload photos and enhance them in a single tap.

First announced back in November last year, and after several months of beta testing, Adobe’s latest mobile app Photoshop Camera has now launched, completely free of charge. Adobe’s Photoshop Camera is available on both iOS and Android.

Show off your unique style with tons of Insta-worthy lenses and filters inspired by your favorite artists and influencers. And with no Photoshop skills needed, it’s easy to share your world – your way.

Adobe Photoshop Camera is a mobile app that directly applies Photoshop effects and filters through your camera. It utilizes an intelligent camera technology named Adove Sensei, which automatic enhances photo quality and allows the system to recognize what’s in your photos. Once it analyzes this data, the app will display a range of different effects and filters that it thinks will improve your shots. The app also keeps user privacy in mind and will only store photos and run AI models locally on the device.
