Ralph Lauren Polo Red Rush

American fashion house Ralph Lauren launches a new perfume for men, Polo Red Rush, the fourth in the Red series of fragrances following the original Polo Red (20), Polo Red Intense (20) and Polo Red Extreme (2017).

Top notes: Red mandarin, Lemon, Grapefruit, Pineapple
Heart notes: Red saffron,, Orange blossom, Lavender, Apple
Base notes: Cedar, Musk

Polo Red Rush presents a new take on the classic Polo Red with the addition of zesty new fruits accords and a touch of spearmint and spicy, exotic red saffron. The new perfume inspires a new fresh and modern aroma, more mature and intenser. Ralph Lauren Polo Red Rush nicely combines refreshing citrus and mint notes with floral ingredients and oriental saffron. The base calms with musk and cedarwood notes. This perfume will satisfy all-most all types of men due to a nice, calmed, soft and fresh aroma.

The new Ralph Lauren Polo Red Rush campaign, is embodied by actor Ansel Elgort. The actor, singer, songwriter and DJ appeared in the official video released today (July 25), which features an action-packed 95-second short film featuring Elgort and the film’s love interest.

The idea of working with Ralph Lauren was really great to me. It’s a brand that I’ve been a big fan of for as long as I can remember. When I went to my first school, which was a school where you had to wear a collared shirt, you always wanted a Polo one. And then from there my aunt, Kristin Clotilde, was one of the first models for Ralph Lauren.

Ansel Elgort

The Fault in Our Stars actor is first seen admiring a curly-haired female DJ from across the room, and he captures her attention with a soft smile. After ditching the party, they speed in a bright red corvette down an L.A. highway before switching to race two vintage mustangs. The exhilarating video concludes with the two jumping off a cliff, reuniting in the murky water below.

Prada La Femme Intense and L’Homme Intense

Italian Fashion house Prada has extended its La Femme Prada and L’Homme Prada fragrance range with new Intense versions.

The inspiration for the Intense scents came from the idea of taking Prada’s longstanding ‘obsession’ with gender and placing it under a magnifying glass of perfumery.

At the epicenter of the House, La Femme Prada and L’Homme Prada represent a fluid relationship between polar definitions. The family of fragrances draw on both time honored ingredients and surprising compositions, yielding fragrances that defy expectations.

Prada La Femme Intense

Prada La Femme Intense is a flanker to last year’s La Femme perfume coming out with a more intense and intensified concentration. The seductive ylang-ylang in the heart starts to melt into a provocative and primal female scent along with floral accords of tuberose and patchouli.

La Femme Prada Intense is an Eau de Parfum with a sultry, almost oriental quality, which exudes a heady sensuality. Created by Daniela Andrier, Prada La Femme Intense is composed as an elegant, sophisticated, and seductive perfume.

Prada L’Homme Intense

The instinctive, human, highly crafted and boundlessly imaginative approach that Prada ascribes to the making of fragrance is everywhere present in the ‘olfactory maps’ for both La Femme Prada and L’Homme Prada. Designed to take the wearer on a voyage through place, memory and time, somehow there appears a sensual meeting point for these distinct female and male fragrances to consummate an aesthetic relationship through experimentation and tradition.

L’Homme Prada is a fragrance of pairs, of doubles, of juxtapositions and layers. The classic codes of the male Fougère are all present in Neroli, Geranium and Patchouli. Yet the interchangeable male/female Prada signatures are present, too, in the shape of Iris and Amber, the principal elements, while the introduction of tonka bean brings an oriental dimension to the top.. Following suit with the fashion industry’s move-to-merge trend du jour, Prada is launching two new fragrances, for men and women simultaneously. Aptly named L’Homme and La Femme, the new fragrances are as classic as they monochromatic.

The video, which was shot by Steven Meisel and set to the sound of Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Help Falling in Love” by Seattle-based singer-songwriter Perfume Genius’, sees four faces filmed including Mia Wasikowska, along with Mia Goth, Dane DeHaan and Ansel Elgort.
