After the great success of Goldea, Bvlgari launches its successor Rose Goldea in July 2016. Rose Goldea ‘The Essence of The Jeweler’ brings a new fragrant story wrapped in a scented mantle of roses. Rose Goldea is feminine and seductive, but its beauty is reflected in the softness of rose petals. Created by Alberto Morillas this feminine composition focused on the tantalizing scent of pomegranate combined with aromas of rose and jasmine. Morillas is increasingly using pomegranate as a key note in fragrances such as Omnia Coral, also from the house of Bvlgari, a fragrance where the red fruit is blended with feminine water lotus flowers and hibiscus. Pomegranate opens Rose Goldea at the top of the composition. As the fragrance develops, the emphasis is on the Damascus rose absolute and jasmine grandiflorum, supported by musk, creamy sandalwood and olibanum. The smell is very expressive, with a distinctive oriental aroma.

Now the Italian jeweller Bvlgari will launch a new limited edition of their fragrance Rose Goldea, created in collaboration with young South Korean fashion designer Kathleen Kye. Using her characteristic elegance and a bold style, Kathleen Kye found inspiration in the mythology, symbolism, existing brand elements of the Bvlgari style and the power of modern women to represent the fragrance’s in new packaging. Bvlgari’s Rose Goldea Blossom Delight Celebrates a Woman’s Coming of Age

Make a wish: Bvlgari jewels sparkle in new campaign

Come on in, and enter Bvlgari’s creative campaign, reimagined through a new animated video that is as sparkly as it is festive.

Known for their timeless creations and coveted designs, Bvlgari has created an achingly cool campaign for the festive season. Digitally brought to life by Italian architect and designer Federico Babina, the jewellery maison has unveiled its Roman-esque campaign, aptly titled the Wishes Factory Campaign (watch the video below). Here expect to be inspired by the sparkling night sky, before entering one of seven rooms that showcase Bvlgari’s craftsmanship behind their iconic collections – Goldea, Serpenti, Octo, Diva, Bzero1, LVCEA and Serpenti Forever.

Also as part of the campaign, the Italian brand launched a #SeeMyWish initiative on Children’s Day (November 20), which will see Bvlgari donate to Save the Children’s charity when the campaign is shared across social media.

Italian jeweller Bvlgari launches a new perfume for women Goldea The Roman Night advertised by famous sister models Bella Hadid and Gigi Hadid.

It’s very masculine, but also feminine so it kind of reminds me of my dad’s cologne and my mother’s very feminine perfume put together. It’s a very sexy perfume.

Goldea opens with what Alberto Morillas describes as a ‘crystal musk’. This is one of those musks that almost has an ozonic aspect to it evoking a sea breeze quality. It is sharp and clear as a crystal. To soften that Alberto Morillas uses a little bit of orange blossom and raspberry. This is not as interesting as the rest of the development as it is pretty, almost standard fruity floral top accord territory. The heart is where things become very interesting as jasmine arrives wrapped in a furry musk. This is a mass-market perfume so when I say furry musk it isn’t enough to scare the customers but it almost replaces the reduced indolic nature of the jasmine used. What turns the heart of Goldea into a glowing globe is a beautifully chosen Ylang-Ylang.

A perfumer has at their disposal almost every version of Ylang-Ylang and most often they go for a version with a specific effect. I prefer the full version which has an almost fleshy floralcy. Alberto Morillas doesn’t push that far but he is using a fuller version of Ylang-Ylang than you will normally run into in the department store. The Ylang-Ylang here is much more tropical in its effect and it is also matched with another animalic trending musk. Together the two musks and the two florals form a fantastic heart accord. The base is a couple of the cozier musks snuggling up with patchouli with one final surprise in the green veil of papyrus adding in a sheer woody aspect. It glows like a sunset.

Le Charme Sacré de L’Or

Covered in gold, vials appropriate jewellery codes and enter the square meadow scents of exception. Legitimate in this register, the jewellers Cartier and Bvlgari. Cartier Les Must Gold remains more academic. Bvlgari who clearly evokes this universe with Goldea whose iconic Serpenti snake collection wraps itself around the neck of the bottle in the absence of women.

My Burberry transposes the charm of the snow globes by replacing the flakes with gold sequins and Barters her gabardine against a node iridescent ribbon..  The coated forms of the ‘apple’ bottle from Nina Ricci, seem to be topped with gold leaf, like those of the strapless dress blade of Jean-Pauls Gaultier’s intense classic

Drapes of timeless gold. On top a mounted black onyx cabochon, while the roundness of the bottle looks like a oversized pendant. From the prestige collection of Noir Black, the Lalique name labeled with a black silkscreen print on gold. Hot Lalique Or Intemporel Noir Premier Eau de Parfum Art Deco sculptural curved bottle comes in a lacquered box, both in-house crafted.
