Lila Moss-Hack just landed a major beauty contract and we suspect it won’t be her last… The 16-year-old daughter of Kate Moss is following in her mom’s footsteps.

Most people celebrate their 16th birthday with a massive cake, maybe a party, and most likely getting tipsy. If, though, you’re Kate Moss’ daughter, the occasion is marked by not only landing your first modelling gig, but that gig is to be cast as the new face of Marc Jacobs beauty.

We’ve all seen the stratospheric rise of Cindy Crawford’s daughter Kaia Gerber in recent seasons and now another supermodels’ offspring is making her mark in the industry. It was revealed overnight that Lila Moss-Hack, the 16-year old daughter of supermodel Kate Moss, 44, and magazine editor Jefferson Hack, has just landed her very first beauty campaign with none other than Marc Jacobs Beauty (coincidentally, Kaia has also been a face of the brand in the past but recently moved across to YSL Beauty).

Lila, whose mother Kate has been close friends with the designer since they both started out in the industry, follows in the footsteps of previous brand faces including Kaia Gerber, Winona Ryder, Adwoa Aboah and Jessica Lange. Bearing more than a passing resemblance to her famous mother, Lila is pictured in her first campaign image sporting a lilac cat eye and seriously perfect skin.

When I met Lila Moss for the first time in 2008, I was on a holiday in Ibiza and went to Formentera for the day to visit with her mum, Kate Moss, and other friends and family. At just 6 years old, Lila’s strong character, demeanour and great beauty was already very apparent. The next time I saw Lila was in August of 2011 at Kate’s wedding, her character was even more dynamic and her beauty even greater. This past July is that last time I saw Lila when Kate brought her to the set of our Marc Beauty campaign shoot with David Sims. It was a bit surreal to have Kate in the studio with Lila as it brought back memories of the first time I met Kate when she was 18 years old and cast to walk for the Perry Ellis Spring/Summer 1993 Grunge Collection… Lila’s beauty, composure, patience and kindness made this project even more special than I could have imagined. With each look we photographed, she got into each character effortlessly and gracefully. Thank you, Lila, for being a part of this extremely special project and thank you Kate Moss and Jefferson Hack.

Make-up can give you confidence and make you feel better about yourself”, Lila Moss-Hack told Vogue. “A few years ago my mum gave me a Marc Jacobs perfume, Daisy, and I’ve loved it ever since”. the younger Moss, who only recently joined Instagram, and posted her first picture on September 26, described it as ‘an honour to be the face of the new Marc Beauty campaign’.

The full campaign is set to be revealed in the coming months and the Spring collection Lila is modelling will be available in store from February 2019. We suspect this won’t be the last we see of Lila between now and then…

Ibiza born British celebrity make-up artist Charlotte Tilbury , who has her own brand of cosmetics, presents her first fragrance called Scent of a Dream, scheduled for August 2016. The perfume is derived from her own blend of scented oils from Ibiza’s hippie markets that she has been using for over 30 years. The perfumer Francois Robert helped her in making that scent piped in the chypre – floral composition.

According to the self-named brand originator, she has been mixing her personal concoction of Secret Scent for years, while fascinated by the idea that one’s perfume can attract others as well as change the energy frequency of the people and environment around them.

I believe you can use Scent of a Dream to create an emotional pathway with someone else’s energy centres: their brain, heart, and sex receptors—igniting the senses. You can directly alter their state of mind and body through this scent. It sparks a subliminal key to attraction.

Scent of a Dream starring Kate Moss launches on 15 August 2016. The campaign was shot by Sølve Sundsbø, and the film directed by Baillie Walsh. The fragrance will be available via the Charlotte Tilbury website from mid-August, before wider distribution in September.

Entrepreneur Renate Tyssen-Henne hands over the management of her ‘SOS Project’, which is involved in animal welfare, to Nicole Brühl. The daughter of actress Heidi Brühl is an ideal cast also finds Gabriele Princess zu Leiningen.

Society Lady and entrepreneur Renate Thyssen-Henne started – 12 years ago – together with her daughter Gabriele Princess zu Leiningen and her husband Ernst Theodor Henne the project ‘Sonnenhof’ in Rottenbuch and the aid organization ‘SOS Projects for Man and Animal e.V.’. It became a real showcase project, for which many stars and celebrities – like Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, Kirstin Davis, Dieter Bohlen and many others – are involved and enthusiastic. Now ‘SOS Projects’ gets a new direction: Nicole Brühl, daughter of the actress Heidi Brühl, takes over the management. With Nicole Brühl, who, like her deceased mother Heidi, has been involved in animal welfare for years, a worthy successor has been found. Gabriele Princess zu Leiningen sees in Nicole Brühl also ‘the ideal occupation’ and adds: “On the Sonnenhof in recent years, 3,200 maltreated dogs were admitted, medically treated, cared for and then placed in a loving home”. All this Nicole Brühl wants to continue and also take care of confiscated puppies from illegal puppy transports and for large and wild animals.

Renate Thyssen-Henne and her daughter will in the future support the new board as honorary presidents and continue to represent the projects. Nicole Brühl can therefore rely on two proven and energetic helpers in her new task.
