To give you that extra push to convince you, we have found a beautiful penthouse where you can retreat in peace.
Let’s start by saying that this building actually has a beautiful appearance. The penthouse is situated on the top floor of the former HBS school building ‘Residence Johan de Witt’. The property was built in 1902 and in 2005 it was completely renovated and converted into 13 different apartments.

People always say: “you go back to where you came from”. And how nice would it be to live in the school where my sister was studying at the time. I wish I was rich, and not so pretty…. Although the asking price is about two hundred thousand lower than the original asking price, you still need an amount of €1,295,000 to be able to put the signature. You live directly high, spacious and you have a beautiful view over The Hague. I would say: do it!
