An onshore breeze of Tabbah’s Beret strikes Aïshti

Considering it’s only fifteen years younger than Cartier, it’s amazing that the Lebanese, family-owned jewellery house of Tabbah is not more widely recognised. Founded in 1862, Tabbah is one of the world’s oldest family-owned jewelry houses. This independence enables it to make unencumbered decisions that remain true to the Tabbah vision. Tabbah benefits from total creative freedom and is also unique in controlling the entire manufacturing process: designing, crafting, goldsmithery, polishing and re-cutting.

The superior craftsmanship, knowledge and skills of Tabbah’s ateliers are intrinsic to the House’s prestigious reputation amongst jewelry collectors. The work that has taken place there for five generations is undertaken with the same philosophy of excellence that Tabbah applies to all its endeavours, and which are expressed in the company values that embody the activities of the House.

Tabbah is the story of a unique heritage, a combination of experience and passion. Five generation of craftsmen perpetuate, day after day, the timeless gestures that have always distinguished the fine art of jewelry making. Fifth generation Nagib Tabbah personally stands behind each jewelry piece.

Beret will truly live with the most beautiful Tabbah jewelry in history. It’s all clean lines, very sculptural. When you see it you’ll fall in love with it.

Nagib Tabbah

Exuding a true sense of elegance and refinement, Tabbah jewelries reflect the brand’s values of Art, timelessness, and polyvalence. Each collection is unique in its way, unveiling a story or message. More particularly, Tabbah’s newest looks are a must – staying loyal to its strong history while conveying an artistic and trendy feel for the younger generation. Extending their philosophy of excellence into all their endeavours, Tabbah opens their new curated luxury boutique at Aïshti by the Sea, two years after the opening of their flagship store in Downtown, Beirut.

To mark the opening of their new store, the House of Tabbah revisits their iconic Beret ring, launching two new creations – Beret Sea and Beret Marin (both rings pictured above). Last year Tabbah celebrated 30 years of Beret, and today they bring us Beret Seawith a chromatic swirl of sapphire stones in a degradation of blue and Beret Marin, with a playful ruby and variations of diamonds and sapphires.
