Marc Jacobs See-quins Glam Glitter Eyeshadow Runway Edition is a limited edition glitter eyeshadow packed with bold pigment to deliver maximum sparkle. The formula is created using an innovative demi-pressed process, which allows the pigments to apply more vividly.
The ‘sequin-finish’ eyeshadows are created using a ‘demi-pressed’ process to preserve the colour pigments in each shade, so the product really pops on eyelids once applied. Each shadow can be used as an intense glitter, or can be blended out for a ‘soft wash’ of sparkle.
The formula can easily be applied with a fingertip or brush and gives lids an instant dose of shimmer and shine. Applied lightly to bare lids, the product provides a pretty wash of colour. Or, layered over another eyeshadow, or on a sticky primer, it gives eyes a bold, party-ready look.
The formula is supposed to add a ‘super-shimmering dimension to any look’ with a ‘demi-pressed process’ that has ‘high-impact dazzle with smooth glide and bold color’. It can be ‘packed on for intense glitter or blended for a soft wash of sparkle’. I recommend packing it on with a fingertip or using a flat, synthetic brush in a gentle pressing motion.
Marc Jacobs actually launched two shades of these earlier in the Fall but the limited edition shade range for the Holidays is up to six! The range, which is part of the larger Marc Jacobs Beauty holiday collection, was inspired by the ‘anything-goes esthetic from the Mod Era’, according to the brand materials.

While the formula crease throughout the day without a primer, it is easy to quickly blend back to a smooth, crease-free finish. The formula stays in place, doesn’t melt around the eye area and the glitter doesn’t migrate.
